• If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the item, less any shipping costs, to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• If you are eligible for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

3. Exceptions

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged.
